If for whatever the reason you might not receive your package, you do not pay. Como Milano takes responsibility for the delivery to your doorstep, also for international orders. (Many other companies have an inferior policy on this !)
If you want to return your item for any reason, just email me and I will email you a prepaid label (USA only): sales@comomilano.com. I will mail another requested product or a full refund. Note: due to significant increased shipping/ handling costs, there is a $8 deduction on refund amounts.

What is a regular size headscarf?
36 x 36" / 90 x 90cm is the large twill silk square scarf size, used as a standard size by almost all brands (smaller square scarves run 27"/ 70cm square and 23"/60cm square, extra large wraps run 55"/ 140cm square).
